1. Love the free parking, but not a lot of spaces near the hotel and spaces are small if you have a large car/truck.

5. The parking areas are shared with patrons of the adjoining Phillips Place shopping complex, and as a result at times it becomes very difficult to find a vacant space in the evenings when the nearby restaurants are busy.

9. The hotel itself is very pretty, wonderful customer service, easy parking, rooms are large (we booked a suite for two shopping friends), very comfy beds.

10. The approach to the 15-minute check-in parking shares a narrowish driveway with the Palm restaurant and if cars are waiting for valet service at the Palm you cannot easily get into the Hampton's 15-minute zone.
