1. My boyfriend and I took a walk to have dinner at the King's Kitchen, which i totally recommend, and summed up the evening with drinks at the bar downstairs at the hotel.

9. I chose to walk around to the front hotel entrance even when it was pretty late at night, to avoid walking through the smoke or letting smoke into this smoke-free hotel.

10. Once there, I never used my car again though - I like walking places, and it's less than a mile walk from the Fourth Ward/Uptown neighborhoods, where there are a lot of restaurants.
