1. After complaining to the clerk on duty, we were told that they could not refund our money because we had pre-paid through Expedia.

2. The breakfast could offer a few more items on the free side (maybe waffles), but for the money $76 per night the hotel was perfect for us and we will be sure to look for a Hyatt property the next time we need lodging.
