5. This was the same front desk clerk that was unwilling to call the internet service the night that the internet went down.

6. There is a full service salon in the hotel, which we did not use, but the elevator near our room (which was on the opposite side of the hotel from the salon) smelled like the chemicals from a perm, constantly.
