4. The hotel's location may be convenient for visitors to the university, but it is rather far away from downtown Boulder, maybe 40 minutes by foot.

5. We didn`t try any of the urban walking paths avauilable from the hotel, which I would have liked, but I think it would be a reasonably long walk to the Pearl Street area downtown, maybe a couple of miles.

6. The only down side I found was it was not as close to downtown Boulder as I would have liked, but I definitely would recommend the Boulder Outlook Hotel to anyone staying in the Boulder Area.
