5. The rooms are basic but the staff worked extra hard to find us a room with a bit better square footage so we could fit in a cot, which they did not charge us extra for, since we have trouble sleeping all four of us in 2 doubles.

7. When I complained about this & requested the removal of the charge (minimal but times how many who never noticed?) there was another guest also expressing disapproval of that same charge.
