1. We did not want a long drive due to jet lag ,so booked this hotel due to Boulder being only 40 miles or so from the airport and University's location within walking distance of Pearl St .

10. Rooms are of a good medium size and have more than enough storage space for clothes and cases good continental style breakfast with easy parking and very friendly/helpful staff on the desk, Pearl street is a maximum 10 minute walk north.
