1. The University Inn is well-located in Boulder - within convenient walking distance to the CU campus and Pearl Street Mall etc. The property is an older motel design but comfortable and well maintained.

7. We did not want a long drive due to jet lag ,so booked this hotel due to Boulder being only 40 miles or so from the airport and University's location within walking distance of Pearl St .
