3. Good Things:- Beautiful Hotel- People are all dressed in suits, and are attractive- Hold the door for you every time you walk in or out- Concierge, Lori, was amazing - very personable, and recommended great hikes, bikes, & restaraunts; went out of her way- Rooms are very nice, great beds, good TV- Bathroom is big and very nice- Spa is relaxing, people who work there do a good job- The place smells good- In the center of everything downtown- Great workout room, pool, & hottub- Robes & Slippers for your stayBad Things:- Too expensive (we booked on Cheaptickets for like $175 per night, however rooms there start at around $250 per night)- They only give you 1 waterbottle a day for 2 people (the one in the mini-bar is 8oz and $3.00)- Housekeeping did not show up until 2:00 or 3:00 in the afternoon- There was someone else`s hair in our bathtub when we arrived- Spa was very expensive- Staff all had attitudes (except for Lori the concierge)- Parking is expensive, around $15 over night- When we got there, the room key card system was down, so they gave everyone 'master keys' for 1 day, significantly increasing the risk for a break-in - My mom wanted to return something she bought at the spa because it wouldn`t fit in her carry on bag, and the spa manager took like a half hour to figure out the computer.
