Some notes about my stay:-Awesome free wifi!-Bellmen/valet/front door staff were very kind and helpful, but the front desk staff were just ok (I had a long wait at check-in and check-out and the staff didn't seem too concerned, also had problems with my bill)-It is nice that you can opt for a Boulder city or mountain view-The rooms feel very luxurious with a soft bed, nice photographs, and many amenities, including a minifridge-I had fun at the football viewing party with happy hour specials on Sunday afternoon-The cleanliness of the bathroom was a little disappointing - hair in tub, trash left on the ground, but it was very roomy-flat screen TVs with HBO.

5. We could change rooms the next day to our requested room but that left us with a gap from the check-out time to the check-in time.

6. This most recent time, we were travelling to the east coast after check-out and were lucky that the hotel was not full and they were able to offer us one of the best services a hotel can offer - a 1/2 day late check out.

7. At a final check-out visit to the front desk, and a full night of being treated with glassy-eyed, unresponsive, distant, and distrustful behaviour from service staff, I still paid over half the room price and the breakfast as well.

8. Naturally there was no manager conveniently accessible to deal with the issue at check-out, so I was left with waiting eternally or paying and trying to dispute it later.
