1. After flight delays and arriving on a cold & rainy night (no one's fault), all we wanted was to unload, freshen up, and walk across the street for a lovely meal.

4. The location was great, half a block from Stuart Street with loads of restaurants and bars and only a couple of blocks from Boston Common and Chinatown.

5. If you want all that then go to a large coporate chain hotel (in fact there is one right across the street).

7. CONS:- EXTREMELY NOISY throughout the night, especially if you have a Friday or Saturday stay and your room faces the street.

8. IMPORTANT NOTE: regardless of what the front desk staff says, the parking on the streets around the hotel is for residents only after 5pm.

9. Yes the rooms are small, I was in 413, on the fire exit staircase (nice), and when `Pearl`s` club spilled out onto the streets you knew about it, and yet overall, the place was fine.
