1. The front desk staff were helpful and the afternoon snacks they hand on hand (fruit, granola bars, bottled water) were a nice touch.

6. realized it, came downstairs, a nice couple said some young ladies turned it into the front desk and when I got there, the desk clerk had gone through it, took out all the large bills and left me with 6 $1 bills.
