The short version: 1) several people who had room confirmations were told they did not have rooms available for them; one of our party of 5 was given a room with 1 queen bed!2) rude, unaccommodating, unprofessional staff; 3) fearful manager who would not come out when requested; 4) nasty hair on the sheets.
