9. for the next 2 hours (i understand babies can be difficult) Im sure the parents screamimg at each other didnt help the child sleep, or the fact they never tried to put the child down to bed.

10. Fianlly having enough i called the front desk, who did promptly send security(she did offer to move us, but its almost 1am by this time and im in no mood to get out of bed and move to another room).
