1. Parking: Upon arrival we realized that you had to pay for parking ($10 a day) which definitely was an inconvenience because parking is tight in that area to begin with, and the area surrounding the hotel isn't the safest, to park your car on the street so that was a bit annoying.

3. lots of construction going on around the hotel, lots of traffic but nice and friendly staff, clean and comfortable, everything about it was great except that they charge $10.00 per day to park on their property.
