5. Only we couldn't seem to get the plug to stay open so when showering the tub didn't fill up with water - we worked it out but I can imagine that this might really annoy someone paying so much.

6. The bath tub didn't drain well, I could have used another outlet for my phone, I could hear our neighbors through the connecting door, the lobby could use a larger flower arrangement, and the palms and columns could use some uplighting.

9. This hotel is in a great location, however the room we stayed in was poorly equipped (one tea bag?!) & a little shabby - for example, black grouting around the bath tub & cracking plaster on one of the walls.

10. The management has alluded on here that some rooms need a care/facelift - my first room, the shower tub had serious cracks and I think they should have stopped giving that out and fixed it, because it was more than a minor issue.
