1. The reservations staff was extremely helpful in finding an additional room (with balcony) at a good rate for my friends when they joined us for an evening.

4. My only guess is that because I got a very good rate via the BHH website, the hotel decided that I was a good candidate to give the boot to, in favor of a guest who was paying more $$.

5. Several times, the cost fluctuated and by cancelling and immediately rebooking at the cheaper rate I saved $150 each night on our room.
