3. complimentary: newspapers, high speed internet (that I could actually access without a problem), bottled water in the room, fresh and dried fruit plate in the room each evening, access to the exercise/health club, a refrigerator in the room that is there to hold YOUR items (not filled with unwanted items for sale).
