1. resturants within walking distance-great shopping mall about 2 miles away- but they do not have any luggage carts -they do have one elevator but if you are on the second or third floor,far from elevator, with much luggage, it is a problem.

2. I only saw the breakfast attendant sporadically, and she had to walk all the way from the front desk to the dining area carrying one thing at a time - they could definitely benefit from some re-working of their setup.
