1. Room size good, conference rate good, bathrooms and rooms absolutely spotless, staff handled special requests with ease, despite there being one conference and one wedding plus two other conference groups coming in soon after.

4. So, all in all, I'd say find a better rate at a better hotel closer to the actual harbour but if you're stuck here for a conference, bring an aerobed.
