1. I love how it is secluded but yet in area with great food and shopping.

No old mats across all the floors stinking the place, closed spaced with little air etc, spaces with no reason or function, etc.Breakfast (and late-afternoon hors d'oeuvres) are well-assorted with healthy food choices, though maybe not for the 'full breakfast' (scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages etc) enthusiasts.
