1. Had a sink outside the bathroom which housed the tub and toilet, so your wife can work her magic while you shower, etc. Had another sink at the wetbar where you enter the room, microwave and mini-fridge.

3. The hot tub might be the only negative - it had only two jets, one seemed to bubble water out onto the floor, and the bottom of the tub didn't look appealing - I suspect the paint was wearing off.
