1. Also, there is a great simple restaurant on the same block as the hotel is (kind of around the corner), called Potbelly's.

2. The front desk clerk (Friday and Saturday night) and the bellman were both so helpful to our group in suggesting restaurants, directions, etc. I would highly recommend this hotel.

3. In terms of restaurants, there were a few but depending on what you like there was not a tremendous variety in the immediate block; you are better off going near the Inner Harbor for a great restaurant selection.

8. There are a number of nearby restaurants within easy walking distance - if you want to avoid the noisy pubs next door, go around the corner to Potbelly Sandwich Works for made-to-order sandwiches and cookies-to-die-for.
