1. Management was totally responsive to my concerns and adjusted my costs accordingly.

3. It might have cost a little more to stay there for just a stop on the way somewhere else, as opposed to a Comfort Inn , etc, but well worth it.

7. When we complained, the receptionist quickly put is in a pricier 'harbor-view' room at no extra cost.

9. We parked our car in their private lot (included in the cost of the room) & didn't use it the entire weekend thanks to their shuttle service to the harbor & everything else conveniently located within walking distance.
