1. We were greeted by a friendly person upon check in, given a complimentary bottle of wine, and then when to our room.

7. When you add in the fact that they greet you with complimentary wine, put out an excellent breakfast spread, have really comfortable beds in nice big rooms and have a friendly staff on hand, you're bound to enjoy your stay.
