I informed the clerk I wanted to talk to the manager, she went to back room and talked to someone, cam back and said the manager would be out shortly, she went back and talked to someone several times over the next 15 minutes, but no one ever came out, I finally told her I would not stay there and wanted a refund on my card, this was booked thru Travel agency, so she said the manager would have to take care of it.

2. We arrived a day late because our flight was delayed, if that wasn't enough the lady at the Knights Inn could not check us in because she couldn't figure out the computer, we had to wait 2 hours to check in until the manager returned from a long lunch.
