5. Upon opening the door, of the room, the smell was over bearing, I am used to cigarette smoke, but this was unbreatheable, it also smelled of mold and cesspool, (this is the mildest way to say this), the bed was so sunk in the middle, it had to be 6 inches lower than the outer edge, My family and I did not have to say a thing, we just closed the door and went back to the front desk.

6. We made reservations in advance for a smoking room because my husband smokes, when we checked in there was no ashtray so i asked the front desk for one, they said hosekkeeping would give us one in the morning, the next day i asked twice, and did not get one, also there was no soap or shampoo in our room, i finally ended up going out and buying an ashtray because we couldn't get one, and all the housekeeping staff we ran across did not speak English, also the carpets were very nasty and under the bed was filthy, i wouldn't take my dog to stay at this hotel.
