Without a doubt the worst hotel experience possible - terrible service, little amenities, constant issues and problems (no bottled water, actual water doesn't work), try calling

I could easily say that i called
room service
like 15 times, and they where at it super quick!i really appreciate the staff being SUPER inviting and welcoming at the Rumor, every personel would literally stop and ask you if everything is ok or if youre enjoying your stay, even the house keeping staff.

Having stayed at hundreds of properties around the world with decent

, this is one of the few I've ever encountered that didn't leave behind a stupid tray that requires you to call for pickup to keep it from stinking up the room or cluttering the hallway.

Cons--my hotel room door stuck, no washcloths were available, charged a resort fee but never told what it covered, no coffee maker, no

, no hotel guide, took 30 minutes for them to replace the broken iron, and worse of all.
