4. There are not iPod docks in every room as advertised, the room service came in to go boxes with plastic silverware and unbuttered toast (none in the box either) after elevating the prices, charging an automatic 20% gratuity and $3 deliver charge.

10. Then we proceeded to check out and found out there was a $35 charge for 'Resort Fees' for access to the pool and internet, the valet service they provide and a bunch of other stuff that we were told was free upfront when we got there - which was aggrivating to not know that beforehand.
