4. i would like to point out you guys have a great staff working here at the siena hotel we been here for more than a month and honestly can tell you we make the right desition when we deside to stay longer here at the hotel, thank you for the great service we been geeting while we are here.

7. Cleaning service does not come by everyday, but if you are needing extra towels or toilet paper, they are around cleaning other rooms or you can go to the office to get more.
