3. While we were gone the housekeeping manager whom I could not get a card of his checked I assumed checked the room because upon our arrival back to the hotel we stopped at the office and our belongings and our room was changed to another room so I assumed correct there were bedbugs in the room.

4. On the 2nd day we informed them again and nothing got done again until I called the manager that evening.

6. I sent a letter to the supervising manager, and an email follow up demanding a refund, (bed bug bites do not show up for 9 - 14 days AFTER you see them crawling on you), and not only have not heard back - it's been three weeks - I have not even gotten an acknowledgment that they received my letters.
