2. Hotel staff was not helpful nor express how sorry they were when we complained that about having to evacuate the hotel because someone set off the fire alarm at 3am.

3. The lady behind us was a carrying a lot of baggage and was complaining that no one would help her take her bags to her room, even though she had explained to the bell desk that she had a bad foot.
