1. several haven't been used in years, gross bathroom with a faulty shower and no warm water, I got the flu after staying there.

2. The hallways were cluttered with room service trays, bedding (I assumed it was dirty!) etc. All of the faucets in my bathroom dripped and non of the "stoppers" in the sink or tub were working.
