1. They also will not just allow anyone to check in which I was very pleased when I went to the office to thank the staff for taking such great care of me and a taxi drove up with two ladies that looked to be hookers (I guess they were) The staff turned them away.

7. Got their at check in time (3:00p.m.) rooms NOT ready Had to come back an hour later Requested a non-smokeing room only had one on the top floor (3-story building) No elevator When we came back--they claimed to have a non-smokeing room on the first floor.
