1. To make things worst in the morning 1 of the house keepers told me she had advice the manager that the room had Roaches prior to my arrival.

The pool was a aboslute disgrace, I complained to the manager and shamed him into inspecting the pool with me, this was a waste of time as nothing was done, they advertised a heated pool and it was absolutley freezing, the staff argued with me telling me it was not cold - I was the fool in the water.
