1. ' The housekeeping staff is, however, excellent.

2. The front desk staff was most helpful (though they didn't seem to know much about the airport shuttle - bear this in mind - Circus Circus DOES have an airport shuttle to AND from the hotel, so taking cabs isn't necessary) and were eager to please.
