Considering that I booked 3 separate units in this property for a week, the best customer service Diana can do for us (since there were many of us) was to have a courtesy call to remind us about our check out time, instead she called me late to tell me that she will charge my credit card for late check out.

10. I brought my own Clorox wipes, that`s how bad I am, and I see dirt and 'stuff' on everything, so when I say it was pretty clean, I need to clarify because I pretty much check out a room from top to bottom before I move in: the walls in this place are in desperate need of paint.
