1. After I recieved a call and sent my driver over to pick up our guests even he was appauled at the level of of incompetance that was displayed by both Louis the front desk man and Jeni the Manager.

8. i thought a stay off the strip would be a nice change of pace boy was i wrong a couple of hours into my stay i smelled what i believe to be marijuana coming from one of the rooms, i advised front desk supervisor brady as he called himself, he had a attitude like it happens all the time, well i wanted my room changed away from this room since i traveled with my 15 and 6 year old i was never called back the next day i met with the gm jennie she told me she was sorry and she would see if i can be moved nothing ever came of that meeting i was very sorry i has ever checked into homewood, bad manager never treated with respect i didnt think much of their breakfast either dirty plates and cold food, i walked away from that and went to the local breakfast place i wouldnt recommend this hotel stay away.
