Not only did we get a prompt reply of reassurrance from the general
manager
of the hotel himself, when we got there we were not disappointed with our room or the resort but the reassurance given by the general
manager
was not true.

I spoke directly with a
manager
there while I was visiting the store and he was quite knowledgeable and helpful, but above all, was genuinely friendly.

After all this chaos we missed half the show and the Concierge
Manager
(Mark Curry) would not (and said he could not,, do anything for us!) Nothing,, can you imagine,, No wonder they say What happens in Vedgas stays in Vegas,,,, they rip you off.

One of the coded coupons didn't work so we took it down to the front desk the next day and were told by some
manager
that they wouldn't give us another code that worked because they weren't supposed to give us the free Internet in the first place.

and explained and told them to forget servicing the room as we were checking out 2 days early.
