1. The gym facilities, aside from being beautiful, were constantly being cleaned during the 1 hour period that I was there which is of the utmost importance.

9. Nothing about the resort at all, nothing about the surrounding areas, recommendations, transportation, laundry, gym, internet, towels, etc. Yes, you could wait for the concierge, but so much easier to have in the room.
