Overall, the casino was large and roomy unlike the
downtown
casinos.

Stay at the Orleans or
downtown
rather than here if you want to stay off the strip.

The casino area was not as large a some of the big casinos on the strip, but larger than
downtown

All in all I probably won't stay here again because for the money there are equal or better options closer to the strip or
downtown

There is a free shuttle that runs from the Gold Coast to Bills on the strip, right across from Bally's, then if you want you can get double decker bus for 7.00 all day for anywhere else on strip or
downtown
.

The hotel is in a great location for those that have a car although shuttles to many strip and
downtown
locations were available at the Rio next door.

The room was large, and we had a great panoramic view to the north that included
downtown

Downtown
hotels and the 'locals' hotel/casinos in Vegas such as the Coast & Station properties are gaining in popularity among those who realize the strip has become a tourists trap.
