9. It had all the usual amenities like coffee maker, flat screen TV, hairdryer, direct dial phone etc. WiFi is available at a charge.

10. They say it is to cover shuttle service, pool, fitness room, etc. In other words, it's an extra fee to cover the costs for the amenities which were featured in the room cost when you booked the hotel, as included.
