1. Golden Nugget is very similar to the hotels on the strip and a better deal.

2. My favorite rooms are in the Tower very spacious the bathrooms are small but the rooms have a king or two queen, with a sitting area with great views of the mountains or the strip above floor 7 is best, if you have a wheelchair bound friend or relative they have wider doors for ease of access just ask, rooms are cheap, great package deals online for the Cortez that is how I ended up staying the first time.

4. Our meal at Roberta`s was the best of the trip (the 50% off coupon made it an even better deal!) For my Guy`s trip this was ideal as the Fremont St.

6. However, there was a good deal of construction going on at the new tower being built right next door, and it began at 6 a.m. It penetrated our 4th floor north facing room and from conversations with other guests during our 4 days it seemed to bother many on that side.

7. We took other`s advice from this website and used the Duece bus to get to the strip -- they are nice, clean, double decker buses and a great deal at $5.00 per person for a 24 hour pass.
