1. My bed and pillow were very comfortable and the sheets were crisp and clean; the lady from housekeeping, Katie, was very pleasant and accommodating and asked every day if we wanted our sheets changed.

4. Housekeeping picked up the slack the next day and the room was kept impeccably after that, but I'm still wondering how anyone could possibly have thought it would be acceptable to make up a bed with ripped sheets.
