2. I know that downtown is more for an older crowd, but it seemed like unless you were over 60 years of age or a bit on the trashy side, you did not get good customer service.

3. NOW, for the service, the casino waitresses were nice and frequently coming around, however, the buffet hostess that sat us at our table was SO rude, when one of our 6 person group approached her asking 'do you seat us or.

4. this is the place to stay in vegas they have great comps friendly service and they also have great payoutshave been staying here for over 20 years and i love the people that work here must be a great place to work because we see the same faces year after yeargive them 6 stars if i could.

5. 4 hotel, 6 news, 3 local and a Turner channel (TBS or TNT, can't remember which)* Restaurants and selection are quite good *Tony Romas, excellent food, value and service * Buffet, excellent ambiance, service, price and food for the breakfast & brunch.

7. It's also just about the only hotel-casino in Las Vegas without a self-parking lot - it's valet only which I don't really care for, although service from the valet was good enough.
