Here are my pros about the hotel- friendly and helpful staff, fast check in and we arrived at noon and was given our room early, drinks at the bars were affordable had a blast at the Alligator bar, the food was affordable, and I will say I did not have a bad meal while staying there, from Room service breakfasts to TGI Fridays .

8. All staff through out hotel/casino were very pleasant, and a special shout out to our housekeeper, Guillermina, treated us like family and did an outstanding job on room (people, a tip goes a long, long way), room service was always good.
