1. As a frequent visitor to Vegas (local/ish), normally I choose Wynn and, though Wynn is nicer, this place is way better than I thought it would be given its location off the strip and near less than desirable areas.

3. We always rent a car in Vegas so the off-strip location is not a problem, but the hotel provides free shuttle service to the strip.

7. Ticks all the boxes except for Parking, the valets are rude & lazy, the self parking isn't the most convient, disabled spaces are not situated in the best locations.

9. While their rooms could use some updating( from last year when we were there) they are clean and comfortable (who spends much time in their room while in Vegas anyway?) The pool is awesome, but not fancy or extreme like some on the strip locations, my advice is get there early to get a good spot, but don't dip into the pool until the sun has warmed it up some.
