6. The room was looking pretty tired - a little musty, tub didn't drain well, some water damage on the ceiling, the curved shower bar was drooping down, etc. Also, Owner Boyd is using cheap made in China toiletries, which are of noticeably mediocre quality.

7. Good, clean room, clean sheets, no mold/mildew in tub, no leaky faucets, small fridge in room for small items, A/C worked well (very important in Vegas in the summertime).
