1. Our check-in was extremely quick, staff was at the top of some of the friendliest I've ever encountered, there were plenty of activities and different styles and prices of restaurants to keep everyone happy.

Here are the +'s: great golf location (5 courses within a few miles), very reasonable rates, excellent suites for families (large one bedroom or two bedroom suites with living room), movie theatre and bowling on premises, nice restaurant options, great views from floor to ceiling windows on golf course side, close to red rock for hiking, close to great restaurants across street in Summerlin, enough slots and gambiling tables to keep you happy, and a gorgeous Marriott Resort with Casino next door.

3. The rooms are clean, like any decent chain hotel (Marriotts, Holiday Inn, etc), the restaurants are good and the slot machines are identical.

Frankly, you don't ever have to leave this hotel - there is an 18 theatre complex inside the hotel; there is a huge bowling alley (which you never hear!) on thesecond floor; parking is complimentary; there is golf; a swimming pool, great gambling; several restaurants, including an excellent steak house on the top floor; an Italian gem on the casino floor; the requisite buffet (which is excellent, by the way); a cafe; a small restaurant with ice cream and goodies; even a TGI Friday's.
