1. Here are the +'s: great golf location (5 courses within a few miles), very reasonable rates, excellent suites for families (large one bedroom or two bedroom suites with living room), movie theatre and bowling on premises, nice restaurant options, great views from floor to ceiling windows on golf course side, close to red rock for hiking, close to great restaurants across street in Summerlin, enough slots and gambiling tables to keep you happy, and a gorgeous Marriott Resort with Casino next door.

6. We stayed here three nights before moving to the Wynn for three nights, the Suncoast room was almost as nice as the room at the Wynn, if the Suncoast would have had seperate tub/shower I would rate it as good as the Wynn.

7. Breakfast was pretty good with numerous choices; we did not have a chance to take advantage of the dinner but did have late night drinks and appetizers at the TGI Fridays there at the happy hour rate.
